Your community, Your neighbors

Next meeting to be held Thursday, April 11 @ 7pm at The Marshallton Steakhouse on Old Capitol Trail where the owners have graciously extended their support. Happy Hour Prices in effect for our meeting

What’s New?

At the January 11 meeting, our tireless President, Scott Sauer, announced his wish to step away from leadership of the Association. A vote was taken to accept Scott’s resignation.

Thank Scott for FIVE years of leadership, highlights of which include replacing our Christmas Tree which was dying. The new one is thriving and growing nicely.

With Sgt at Arms Joe Rich presiding over elections, leadership of the Marshallton Civic Association is now in the capable care of Carla Sauer. Thank You Carla! and let’s all extend our support and help.

Lorie Hauff was voted to continue as Treasurer which has included serving as Secretary these past few years, despite continued pleas to our membership for a volunteer. At the closed of the January meeting, Holly Spaulding agreed to assume Secretary duties.

Why join MARSHALLTON CIVIC ASSOCIATION? Why Attend Meetings?

In addition to getting to know your neighbors, your elected District and County officials are invited to discuss and explain issues impacting traffic flow, zoning, infrastructure, utilities, snow plowing, etc.

Brandon Toole. Councilman 1st District attended the January 11 meeting to explain the ongoing property reassessment project.

It helps YOU if your elected officials know YOU care about your neighborhood. Renters included, you live here and your children live here. Thank you.
